The heat treated Forged aluminum wheel blanks will be carefully picked from our pallet racking. Next our machinist, who is a true craftsman, will load your wheels into our state of the art CNC vertical mill and ensure the sophisticated android cuts your Battle Born Wheels to your specified fitment. They will then be placed on a satin pillow where our entire team will inspect and polish your wheels to make sure they are in the best possible condition before shipping. Our packing specialist will light a candle and put your wheels into the finest gold-lined box that money can buy.

We all will have beer afterwards as the whole shop marches down the street to the FedEx office where we ship your Battle Born Wheels.

The Sierra Forged Race Spec was specifically designed for Ultra4 Racing applications. This wheel is USA made Forged Monoblock construction. All machining work is done in house on our state of the art CNC equipment. The Sierra Forged Race Spec is currently only offered in a 17x8.5 Beadlock.

By having this higher offset wheel, your steering scrub radius will result in better performance and longevity of components. Please email or call with questions regarding backspace and bolt patterns.

The beadlock rings are a Forged 6061-T6 construction for the ultimate combination of strength and lightweight. The beadlock hardware is made up of (24) zinc yellow-chromate plated hex head screws, in Grade 8 steel, 3/8"-16 thread size, and 1-1/4" long. We’ve taken the extra time to drill and tap (48) redundant holes in the lip of the wheel for long term use. The beadlock rings are counterbored to provide the best protection for your bolts.

This wheel is offered in a standard Machined Raw Finish. This allows you to run the wheel as is, polished, or custom coating. We will offer finishes if requested for additional cost.
